Nashville needs Dentists

Tennessee has one of the friendliest business climates in the US, and the Greater Nashville area is home to nearly two million people. More than 100 people move here every day, and it’s not slowing down.

Every day, 109 people move to Nashville.

They move from New York and Chicago and LA. And they move for friendly neighbors, mild climate, lower taxes, great music, good schools, culture.

Hot chicken.

And they all need a dentist.

Tailwater Dental is helping solve that problem, and we’re looking for exceptional dentists who want to lead practices in the Nashville area with a path to real ownership and partnership.

Here’s how it works.

  1. Tailwater is actively buying a majority stake in top-tier general dentistry practices in and around Nashville. Some dentists who sell to Tailwater want to retire in the next 6-12 months, and others want to manage a transition over several months or years.

  2. We help those retiring dentists find a worthy successor. A dentist with high integrity, a great reputation, and excellent clinical skills. Top-tier dentists who want to lead an established practice and help it grow and thrive for another 10 years, 20 years, even longer.

  3. Tailwater provides the best non-clinical operational support in dentistry. We run payroll, pay the bills, recruit hygienists, and keep dentists compliant. We take care of taxes and legal stuff.

  4. Dentists who partner with us get to practice at the top of their license. They do the work they were trained to do, and we give them what they need to thrive. Technology, tools, and people. And they get a clear path to owning a significant part of the practice they lead.

We need dentists now to lead a Tailwater practice starting in 2022 and 2023. And we have opportunities in Nashville, Brentwood, Smyrna, and Hendersonville.

If you have a friend or family member who happens to be an excellent dentist interested in owning and leading a dental practice in Nashville, please share this link.

We’re on a mission to create the best careers in dentistry, and we want to talk.
