Lead Associate Opportunity at Thriving Missouri Dental Practice

Rolla Family Dentistry is growing and hiring.

Dr. Jeremy Kiersz (far left) with his wife Rebekah (second from left) and two friends at the Chiefs vs. Raiders game in Las Vegas. Patients often wait months to see Dr. Kiersz and his team, and they’re recruiting an associate to join in 2024.

A few years ago, Dr. Jeremy Kiersz and his team at Rolla Family Dentistry recognized they had a problem.

Too many patients.

Dr. Kiersz’s reputation in Phelps County (population 45,000) kept growing. As his reputation grew, more and more patients started traveling from surrounding communities to Rolla - the county seat and home of Missouri University of Science and Technology - for the excellent dental care and personal touch they uniquely find at Rolla Family Dentistry.

In 2023, for the 7th year in a row, Rolla Family Dentistry was recognized as the best dental office in Phelps County, Missouri, a safe and thriving community recognized by the Missouri Chamber of Commerce as the #1 local Missouri Chamber of the Year (#1 out of 246 chapters).

“We average 60-70 new patients every month, and we’re booked out 6 months. It’s a great problem to have, but it’s still a problem!

We built out 3 new dental operatories (patient rooms) last year, and today have 8.

We have the room, and we have the patients. Now we just need the right dentist who wants to learn, be a part of our community, and help us grow this special practice for years to come.”

- Dr. Jeremy Kiersz
