The right associate will want to join a highly collaborative team committed to helping each other thrive every day.
Opportunity for high-level production
At the end of 2025, Dr. Kelli Fischer and Dr. Scott Fischer are retiring, creating an opportunity to work alongside Dr. Ryan McCormack and build upon a loyal base of 4,400+ active patients. In the last 12 months, Fischer Family Dentistry has generated over $3M in collections. The right associate will be capable of consistently producing $80-$90k / month in collections focused on bread and butter, same-day dentistry, endo, and cosmetic cases.
Technology
Digital, modern dentistry supported by a CBCT, CEREC CAD/CAM, digital scanners, and 8 fully equipped operatories. The right associate should have proven ability to diagnose and treat patients using same-day CAD/CAM technology.
No state-income tax
If you’re relocating to Tennessee from another state, you’ll enjoy 0% state income tax and lower cost of living.
Competitive Compensation
$300k - $400k annually. The work is here for you if you can produce and earn the trust of patients (new and existing). Compensation also includes 401k and group medical benefits, $2,500 / year CE, employer-paid labs, short-term disability, long-term disability, and employer-paid malpractice insurance.

>9.500 total patient visits in the last 12 months, including 30+ new patients per month. >4,400 active patients. The right associate will be able to keep up in a fast-moving practice that balances high production with exceptional patient care.
Tenured and Dedicated Team
Join a team driven by strong culture, with 2 doctors, 4 hygienists, 4 full-time dental assistants, 1 practice manager, and 3 admin / front office.
