Dr. Colin Abbott is a West Tennessean through and through.
He was born and raised in Memphis, and he graduated from the University of Tennessee Dental School in Memphis. After graduating, he practiced in Memphis before relocating to Martin in 2025.
Dr. Abbott’s only stint outside of Tennessee was four years of college at the University of Alabama, where he played the euphonium in the University of Alabama Million Dollar Band, performing in front of millions of fans each year at Crimson Tide football games. Roll Tide.

He’s still a proud Memphian, but when Dr. Abbott had an opportunity to join Dr. Chris Moore, Dr. Arron Workman, and the team at Moore Dental Office in Martin, TN… he couldn’t pass it up.
Dr. Abbott and his fiance relocated to Martin in April of 2025 to begin a new chapter at one of the best dental practices in West Tennessee. He specializes in all aspects of general dentistry.

Get to know Dr. Abbott
Dr. Colin Abbott (second from left, closest to camera), a trained musician and bassist.
Dr. Abbott has played music his whole life. As a kid… in high school… for the Crimson Tide… and in numerous bands and ensembles along the way.
When he’s not practicing dentistry or playing music, he loves science fiction novels, video games, and board games with his fiance, Selena.
He’s also a huge fan of the Memphis Grizzlies (favorite player is Jaren Jackson, Jr.).
Professionally, Dr. Abbott makes sure patients have every question and concern answered when discussing treatment options. He’s trained and skilled in all aspects of general dentistry.
