Three years ago, Dr. Raysham Hayat and her husband (Dr. Fawad Virk) packed their belongings and relocated to Missouri with their family.

Fawad accepted an offer to join the interventional cardiology team at Phelps Health, and Dr. Hayat accepted an opportunity to practice dentistry at Compass Health.

They immediately felt at home.

*Dr. Raysham Hayat has practiced for 12 years and graduated from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry.*

Upon graduating from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, Dr. Hayat moved to Missouri with her family.

For the last three years, I’ve been practicing at Compass Health in Sullivan, and I loved it.
But I knew the first time I met Dr. Kiersz in 2022 that I wanted to join his team at Rolla Family Dentistry. This is an exceptional team who have one mission in mind - to serve our patients. Because of that, it has earned a reputation as the best dental office in Phelps County.

Most of her extended family relocated to the US too, and it includes four physicians: a brother, sister-in-law, sister, and brother-in-law. All doctors!

“I absolutely love reading and writing, and I love traveling. Anything that can be an adventure. When I’m not practicing dentistry, you can find me exploring and learning. The world is a beautiful place, and there’s so much to experience. I have something to learn from everyone, and I try to get to know all my patients as people… not just teeth!”
